Service Description
To become great at anything, each of us must learn to master the basics... Fitness included! There is no athlete that advances to the next level without a solid foundation of basic movement patterns. Basics are NOT boring! In fact, they can be made fun and seriously challenging when done right. Executing the 'basics' OFTEN means you'll have it mastered and your athletic capability will sore to new heights with confidence and far less risk of injury. Far too often there are complicated movements required in fitness classes at speeds that participants are not readily able to perform well.. inadvertently putting them at higher risk of injury and shorting their potential to grow as an athletic human.

Cancellation Policy
Since we know stuff happens, you will not be charged for a session if you cancel up to two hours prior your appointment. Late cancel applies to those who cancel less than two hours before your appointment.
